Terms & Conditions For Students/ Clients effective from 01/01/2013
1. We neither charge any registration fee nor any service charges from our clients or students. It's Free for college kids / Clients / Parents but just in case if you finalise our tutor then its your obligation to forward our commission.
2. If any teacher calls you for an attempt with our reference, you're requested to see the credentials of that tutor from us.
3. If parents want to see I D proof, address proof or educational qualification then be happy to demand this from our tutors and must confirm with us.
4. As per rules of agreement with our tutors first month's fee are going to be collected by us (Harsha Home Tutors / E-hometutors.com). Parents are advised to pay first month fee beforehand to Harsha Home Tutors / E-hometutors.com by using internet banking / cash deposit in our account / PAYTM or our executive will visit to you on your demand. If you donot follow our instructions then we'll not be liable for any inconvenience.
5. Please don't attempt to settle with teachers directly because that sort of teacher would never be loyal to you and every one this stuff gives a negative impact on you and on your child too. consistent with a survey in 95% of fraud or cheating cases teachers were settled directly and clients need to suffer, we do not take any responsibility therein cases. (Good Teachers are Costly but Bad Teachers Costs More)
6. Parents / Clients pays us using Internet Banking, PAYTM, Cash deposit in our account or our executive will visit to you on your demand.
7. After taking trial if you call our tutor after some gap of few days/week/month then it's your duty to tell us and do consistent with our instruction otherwise we'll not be liable for any inconvenience.
8. Parents / Clients are requested to not ask about any admission in any college or institution against money. We are providing tutors for teaching home tuition only and donot cover risk of your money for such sort of proposals to our tutor.
9.By filling "Student Registration Form" you comply with follow all our terms and conditions and your acceptance might be utilized in ANY COURT UNDER DELHI JURISDICTION
10. We gives our full effort to supply you a best tutor with none fee/charge, please be loyal to us, Thank You.
